It takes people, time and money to keep top-notch repeaters running around the clock, even during power outages!
Because we have such a broad membership base, our annual dues are a very reasonable $30 per calendar year, which includes all standard members' privileges. And we make joining very easy!
While all Licensed Amateur Radio Operators are welcome to use our repeaters (provided they are in compliance with our procedures and FCC regulations), we encourage regular repeater users who are not already members to consider joining GMRA. Your membership will help support us in our goal of providing first-class repeater services to the Washington DC metropolitan area and others within reach of our repeaters.
If you are interested in joining, simply click the link below to complete the online Membership Application Form. Once you have submitted the Membership Application Form and it has been reviewed and approved, you will receive an email with an invoice for the membership fee. The fee can be paid online with a credit card or with a PayPal account. Once payment has been received, you will become an official member of the GMRA.
Note: Some members like to donate additional funds of $5, $10, $15, $25 or more to our ongoing equipment fund. If you would like to make a donation, use the "Tip" section of the invoice to add any additional amount.
